Refund and Return Policy

1.  In a signed letter (together with the returned merchandise and its original packaging), please state the reasons why you are not happy with the result to help our Skin Care Experts find out the products that you really need for your specific skin problems.  You may need to switch to other NUURSKIN products that specifically target your skin problems.

2.  While we offer cash refunds, you may also choose store credit.  Please specify in your letter if you want a cash refund or store credit.

3.  At least 50 percent of the bottleā€™s content should remain for the cash refund or store credit policy to be honored.

4.  NUURSKIN does not refund the original shipping and handling fees you paid upon purchase.  The refund does not also include the return shipping. 

5.  Please wait within 30 calendar days from the date you shipped your returned merchandise for your account to be credited, or for the refund checks to arrive.  This is only applicable if all the terms and conditions of NUURSKIN 60-day money back guaranty are met.
